The Upper House Congratulatory Message Regarding the 8^th March the International Women Day:

In the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

The Upper House National Council of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan presents their best salutation and congratulatory messages regarding the 8^th March (The international women day) to the all women of Afghanistan and also to all over of the world, and pleads to the God success to them.

 The Upper House concerns the women as the creature of the God and also as the perfect individual of the society and believes that the societies are not getting developed and progressed without participation of the women.

 The Upper House concerning themselves as the liable to make the women participant in making decision in the process of maintaining social, political, and cultural decisions, and concerns every  violence and misbehavior with women as against the costumes of the Islamic and national laws.

 The Upper House once again congratulates the 8^th march to all sisters and demands their active participation in maintaining their social and humanitarian rights.
