Taliban are not honest to their commitments, and after reaching an agreement
with the United States, instead of reducing violence, they have steadily

majority of the 5,000 Taliban prisoners released have returned to the
battlefield and played an active role in assassinations and
insecurity.

today to advance the second round of talks with the Taliban. They demanded that
at this stage, as in the past, while maintaining coordination, unity, and
agreement of opinion in the negotiations, and considering the rights of women
and human rights should also defend the achievements of the last two decades
and the values of the constitution and agree with the Taliban on a ceasefire
that is the will of all the people of Afghanistan.

Massoud Andarabi and Ahmad Zia Siraj, head of Afghanistan's National
Directorate of Security (NDS) in the Wolesi Jirga, security officials said that
the Taliban were planning not for peace but

spring attacks and were ready for a
war. They called on all citizens to strengthen the lines of the defense,
security, and intelligence forces and to mobilize against terrorist groups.

defense forces, recalling the functions of the meeting at 6:30 in the morning

magnetic mines with four terrorists, which is a good achievement and the
citizens should increase their cooperation in identifying terrorists and
providing accurate and reliable security information

policy in Afghanistan and fulfill its responsibilities under the Strategic Pact
