Also in the plenary session of the House on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, in addition to open discussion; The report of the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Commission on the construction of the wall of the Afghan embassy in Washington will be heard.

Furthermore, in the plenary session of the House on Sunday, November 15, 2020, Legislative Decree No. 353 on the amendment and removal of some articles of the railway law should be discussed in also in the plenary session of the House on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, The acting of the Ministry of Finance, together with the relevant officials of that ministry, should answer the questions of the senators regarding the draft national budget for the fiscal year 1400. It was also decided that the advisory opinions and views of the senators in connection with the draft national budget for the fiscal year 1400 should be discussed in the plenary session of the House on Sunday, November 22, 2020, for approval and referring it to the next steps to the Wolesi Jirga.

In the other part of the session, the senators raised questions to form the Deputy Director-General of National Security and the Acting of Political Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about uncoordinated trips of some political leaders to abroad, especially to Pakistan, the fight against spying inside the country, dealing with those funded from within the government but act against the regime and standing with foreign countries, the recent terrorist events, especially at the Kabul University and Kowsar Danesh Educational Center, the intensity of wars in some parts of the country and its connection with peace talks, prevention of psychological warfare, inappropriate treatment at the Ministry of Foreign affairs with some members of the Senate, Afghan students problems in Tajikistan, and other issues were raised in the session.


Then, the deputy director of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) in response to hundreds of released Taliban prisoners and rejoining the group and its negative effects on the battlefield, equipping and financing terrorist groups on a large scale even several times more than in the past by some neighboring countries, including Pakistan, launching psychological wars with the support of some countries, the Taliban's close ties with other terrorist networks, including the Haqqani network and ISIS said that despite all the threats, the country's security forces have made significant achievements on the battlefield and prevented terrorist attacks, and progress has been able in identifying and catching some spies and terrorist incidents at Kabul University and its training center. The Acting Deputy Foreign Minister also briefed on the issuance of political passports, visas, and a recent trip to Pakistan, and assured that the issues raised would be addressed.

Speaker of the Meshrano Jirga by expressing gratitude for the clear explanations of the officials, he assured that the senators were on the side of the defense and security forces and would not allow the enemies to achieve their ominous goals by launching various conspiracies.
