The Upper House celebrated the national week of constitution approval and its fifteenth anniversary of its adoption.

At the begging of the event, Muhammad Alam Ezadyar Speaker of the House of Elders said that The constitution of Afghanistan is the most enriched the law in the region, saying our society is not about the lack of law, but because of its lack of implementation and enforcement, because in some cases, the constitution has been violated and it is required that the Supervisory Commission on the implementation of the constitution, should realize these sensitivities issues in accordance with their competences in preventing violations of law and added that the laws in the countries are due to the welfare and comfort of the citizens, and we can solve the current problems when that the rule of law and the realization of the rule of law institutionalized in the country.

Moreover, he demanded the establishment of a constitutional court; urged the government to prevent serious violations of the law, and emphasized in the implementation, enforcement and enforcement of the constitution.

Furthermore, he asked for establishment of constitutional court, and called on the government to take effective action in the implementation, and enforcement of the law and to prevent any violations of the law, especially the constitution.

Then, Muhammad Qasim Hashimzai Chairperson of the Constitution Oversight Commission and Maulavi Ghulam Muhiuddin Munsif Chairperson of the House Commission on Legislative, Justice and Judiciary Affairs and also Taimor Shah Qawim Deputy SG of the House discussed and presented information regarding various aspect of Constitution.

It is worth mentionable that Afghanistan's Constitution was ratified by people's representatives in the Loya Jirga fifteen years ago in 12 chapters and 162 articles, and signed by Hamid Karzai, the head of the transitional government on that time.
